Lingenfelter, Heffner, DPE if you want actual high performance cars for under 150K. Because anyone and I do mean anyone, could build the fastest car ever for the price of a 450 Ferrari. That much money means you don't really know how to build it just buy it.

@marek0086 Mate you have no idea what you're saying! Domestic consumer (sport)cars are dominating lately if we're talking about circuit performance. Japan's most promising 2012 GT-R even has trouble against the C6 z06, let alone standing a chance against the ZR1 and Viper ACR!
And don't give that JDM/Mugen/Nismo crap, they're just 3rd party tuners like the US counterparts Shelby and Hennessy, not actual car/engine designers. Want numbers? Go look up the Nordschleife track times ;)
