This is a tutorial(my FIRST tutorial) on how to do white hair on ArcSoft photoshop. I know its not famous or anything but at least it makes the photos look good and it was free with my scanner lol! xD I gave the program to my friend Kanna-sama and many others but Kanna-sama was having some troubles with her RPC since her RPC had white hair and not many beginers know how to edit white hair but anywho this is dedicated to you Kanna-Kurosaki!
