IN THIS VIDEO, Roger Buis flies the Otto the Helicopter airshow performance over NAS Oceana. A lot of people aren't big fans of the act but you just gotta love how good of a helicopter pilot Roger is and also appreciate how difficult it is to pilot a helicopter when he does his surface-level maneuvering around the traffic barrels.
