The muscular dog @ 1:25 is real, and not Russian.
Her name is Wendy, she is a whippet, and she is from Victoria, in British Columbia, Canada.
There is a gene, that when it exists makes whippets very fast - Wendy was born with double version of that gene and it made her very muscular. She is reportedly a very docile and timid dog.

The canine at 1:25 is a Whippet. It has a genetic mutation in it’s myostatin gene. This has resulted in it being born, "double-muscled". This mutation has been observed in other species. It is approximately twice the weight of an average whippet at 27kg (60 lbs). Whippets are not known for their aggression. It would probably not fare well in a fight against a larger, stronger, more aggressive dog. Many breeds are larger than 60 lbs. This is definitely not the strongest dog in the world.
