Dimitri feels his Resto Shaman is underpowered and unloved when compared to the other shiny healing classes and their Cooldowns.
However..... he recieves some good news and celebrates accordingly :D

@herbalist2993 they increased the cost, and decreased the effectiveness... basically only making it useful when the target is going to die before you're able to cast GHW
