got the same headache from my bandit 250cc....hard starting as well it here at home. Try to change all the sparkplugs coz this is one cause and try to check the petrol if it flowing..this are the 2 things I did whenever İ have a hard starting unit...cheers hope this helps

Did ya figure it out yet? If not could b one of 3 things . 1 no spark on both plugs. 2 extremely low compression. 3 cams are off . What's the recent history of this bike?

Did you test for spark? And you must synk you carbs b/c there are 2

i have same problem wen its cold i turn the idle screw on the bottom of carb it turn it up more rpm losen it less rpm workes for me i get it warm then get it to idel at about 1.5 rpm i tryed replaceing coils ,battery ,carb diyafram and spark plugs but it was just that 1 screw
