I used a UV filter from an old 50m canon lens. First I attached the front element of the 50m using a hot glue, but then this black circle became a problem. I ended up using just the filter and glued it straight on the housing of the GoPro. (took the original lens off) Works fine now, no black circle, I use it every time I go diving and it works fine.
