I'm not sure if agree with enforcement to prevent accidents, pulling people over speeding 5-10 mph on a dirt road (lower speeds). This gets a bit too dictator-like for my taste! I am no dummy, I full understand the intent of the enforcement, but disagree with its intrusion on people's freedom WITHIN REASON. Too much "enforcement" in my opinion. There are other more just ways to get people's cooperation; force usually isn't a welcomed method.
