You should see this version rejigged for the UK. There's a special sliding seat so that the guy is suddenly left-hand and right-hand drive. He's also blind as the child walks to the left as this advert but when viewed from the bonnet, he's suddenly back in right-hand drive and watching as though the child is moving to the right. He should have dark glasses on and waving a white stick out of the window to find his way.
