I decided to do another session just for general strength training as my explosive power is always going to a strong point while training and competing in tests of strength in the north of England. Also doing something that you are good always helps progression and motivation During this session I ran through some more snatches up to 130kg very quickly then worked on power snatches 110kg for three, then full clean and jerked 160kg for three singles. I finished off with some push press with 100kg for five and 120kg for three and the deadlifted 240kg before calling it a day
