You know, I think it is just debris from the launch. If it is a part of every launch, that is expected to get blasted away during launch, then it would be present at every launch.

hi...well, these are not used only for spying but for surveillance and moniitoring, which would make sense...anyway, i don't have proof of what i think, it's just my idea.

uhnn I dont think so! No in this scene! Notice that the area where the scout is floating is almost desert... and when the kid turns the cam in the end of the vid, u can see that the street is absolutely empty... Why a military scout would be making over there??? In this case I think that is an alien object!
