You are right, I do it a bit fast. It works for me and that is how you can do it when you do it for a while. So for starters you set a comfortable pace for you.

It varies for an individual. This can improve your metabolism. You still need to watch your food and how you eat.

I really like this, I'm definitely going to try and remember to do this every day.
You said don't so it too fast, but your breathes seemed pretty fast to me.

@ldyshkspr68 its different for everyone. Practice daily starting from 1-3 min and gradually going to 6 min a day. It will clean your bowels. Diet and exercises is a factor as well. Mark
