  • What happened to your chanter? Your old hardie? Same reed methinks but different chanter.

  • i rolled over onto it whilst sleeping and twist-cracked it at its weak spot, which was always the wood around the C-hole... it stands on my pipe major-and-hero's work bench awaiting future repairs... the chanter now in these videos is a poly-long Gibson PC... the reed(s), as always, are made by me out of original materials

  • I like you warm up drink.

  • my piping doesnt sound that good until several of those beforehand, at least to me.

  • Once again, great playing. Love that second tune. The dram to steady your nerves at the beginning was a good addition :)

  • well tell yer pipey to get a move on and fix the thing! it sounds much better than that gibson youre playing. It sounds alright but that old chanter just sounds more wholesome somehow.

  • Unlucky cos it was 350 years you once said :O

  • Do you do any requests Ian? I'm just learning the Rejected Suitor, would be great to hear you play it! All the best.

  • what drink u had before u play ?
