Gosh have none of you watched this anime?
1) Jo gave her jacket to meg in the last episode of the last series, after she punched her really hard in the face.
2) Meg is the one who always gets kidnapped. Its just her character.

Burst Angel was such a good anime, I have the first season on DVD, too bad Jo had to die, they should come out with season two, and Jo should come back.

@bloodletter85 Youtube took it down. :/ It said it was rejected because it violated the terms or something. Should I put it back up?

@cutexinu If you do, just make sure they can't nail you for copyright infringement again. There are ways to do it, like mirroring it, or try the "Fair use act" claim (doesn't always work).
