Well, it's surprising the enemy aren't dying because once Alex killed them, they'll gonna go back for about 2mins. But since I know how to kill em', they're no more problem and I just enjoy kickin' their asses. Then Alex will meet Dr. Fitch while walking through his hospital. He's bloody because he is cutting his own body for his own sin. He'll just escape through his hospital so Alex will just follow him but Alex wants to kill the Schism hikers XD.
