Ka'ak is a unique Moroccan cookie that is very popular in the Eastern region of Morocco, mainly my grandmother's city called Oujda. This cookie is like no other cookie you have seen in your life: it has an interesting circular shape, super warm flavors, and it's crunchy! So it's the perfect cookie to serve with mint tea or coffe. And if you are like me, you will love dipping it in warm milk and eating it like that!

  • Hi Alia,

Could you use wholemeal flour, and keep the same measurements of the ingredients? Love your videos.

I want to ask you if you know how to do Eid`s ka`ak?? my mom make it every year and it`s soo good yum yum hahaha

    enjoy you`r day dear <3 <3

  • Great cookies & recipes, my improvement suggestion is that you should write the recipes in the section above where you've wrote the description (in addition to it) so this way viewers won't have to go back & forth to copy the recipe. It make things much easier and your recipes accessibility more attractive.

    Thanks.

  • Once in the oven , my cookies grew bigger and bigger and became one big cookie! Are you sure you have to put in yeast AND baking powder together? i had to cut them to seperate them and they lost their particular shape...

  • Alia, can I use Screwpine water instead of Orange blossom water? Coz I dont get the orange blossom water in my country.

  • Alia, when will u do the 3adani tea recipe? Please^^
