2011 Olympus Rally Recap

The third round of the 2011 Rally America National Championship ended with a tragic racing accident occurring late on day one of the event. Matthew Marker from Elk Rapids, MI will missed by the close-knit rally community.

marker always told me that it was fun to flip. he not only loved to drive but he loved everything about rally. the people, the places, the fast turns, and the rally family. it was because of this love and all the fun he had that he worked so so hard to do rally. why else do it other than to have fun? rally in peace babe, i will always be your co-driver

@maniacoffroader they called the race in in 2005. Rally leader even took 2 minute penalty to avoid winning the championship at that rally.
