Man do I miss these days. I really did love that Cavs team, they were just so fun! But now, the "New" Cavs play with no drive, or no will to win the games. I just don't see anything worth watching anymore. It's like LBJ left & they can't function, its truly sad.

hi RunningRandolph2304, I m trying to increase my jump by doing the training workout over at 50inch vertical[dot]com - and thus far gained like 8-10 inches so far but I m only a a little off from dunking on the rim It's still my second week so far, any advices?
