1) Implemented ZWM in four states - Tripura, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka; now expanding beyond Tamil Nadu. More states are getting active.

2) Unicef has recognized Srini's work as 'Vellore Model' to be implemented all over India - refer to 17 minute documentary with the title 'Garbage to Gold'
3) Appointed to a central government committee of seven from all over India. The idea is to implement ZWM in 5.11 lakh villages - Srinivasan is only one of three NGO members in the committee - Ramakrishna mission (Calcutta), Nirmal gram (Nasik) are the other two.
