Ive wondered for the longest time and ive searched alot for them but what the mod with the bars on the middle left side??

It depends. Arcane gives you a bigger mana pool, but you go through it faster. At the moment, I play 2/48/11, and I find that I run out of mana faster than I had when I was playing arcane. I have never calculated it, though. Regardless, for a mage, if you rotate mana gems, mana pots, and evocation, you should be able to keep up mana pretty much indefinitely, especially if you buff with food that gives you spirit (my favorite food is crunchy serpent, spell dam and spirit).

you proabably already got an answer but, it doesnt matter as long as you got some shadow priests in the group u wont run out of mana

Arcane is generally seen as less efficient (although playstyle can make it more efficient). 10/48/3 is the generally accepted raid spec, as it balances efficiency with damage.

The addon is called Scrolling Combat Text (SCT). It can also be set to show when you gain a buff, etc.

But is Arcane more mana efficent or less ?

Okay all you tards asking for armory and name and such this was posted in june and I'm pretty sure Showdown has already defeated Illidan so wanting to see his armory in this gear is very slim since if he stayed on the raid team he would probably be in t6. Good video btw.
