what route did you take?
A few friends and I plan on doing this on longboard (skateboards} with camping gear. We have already sucessfully toured peru and bolivia from lima to southern boliva (lima-nasca-cusco-copa cobana-lapaz-villazon}

nice... they have must have collected a lot of fond memories and of course tons of dust/sand :-D not a great fan of motorbikers tho...cyclists rock the world!!!

One of the best vids I've seen on here - especially that one stretch of road with the sheer walls and amazing colour. It almost looked like something from Indiana Jones!
