Saltwater Lure Skirts

This movie shows how to make skirts out of yarn to use on plastic saltwater trolling lures. You can make them out of any color you want and as long as you want them. The skirts will produce a lot of bubble and agitation in the water. The skirt can be dipped in Mayhem oil or any liquid to add a scent to the skirts.
