Jacquie Hermans, Light'n UP Expert makes a guest appearance on Daytime to talk about the importance of bringing more laughter and play into the workplace. Jeff Moore and Angela Dacey test their improv skills for some good laughs.
Attending Jacquie's workshops helped me to overcome my fear of public speaking - so important for a small business owner. Improv helps to build confidence, think on our feet and teaches us not take ourselves so seriously. Powerful tools that everyone can use.
I took Jacquie's course and found it surprisingly powerful, educational and enjoyable. It has helped me respond creatively to the inevitable unplanned events of day-to-day life – at work, and at home with a teenager. The designer of the platypus obviously has a sense of humour. It's really nice to live life on that side of the team.

Laughter is often a missing component in society. We are stressed and bombarded with negative message. Laughter makes life so much easier.
We can struggle and stay in our stuff or we can laugh and shift the energy.
Jacquie truly is an inspiration and she will "Light'n UP" any room.
