I hope you enjoy my guide. Please comment or send me a message with any questions or concerns.

Note 1: The Release Candidate is no longer available for download; if you have a Windows 7 installation DVD, skip to 1:12

Note 2: The installation process takes longer than what is in this video. I cut out the parts of my computer restarting, and the parts where it took a long time (Example: "Setup is checking video performance" actually took a minute or two).

Note 3: If you don't want to boot into your chosen default operating system, when you restart your computer, hold down the Option key until two icons show up. Choose which one you want with the arrow keys, and press enter.

  • Do you know if I am able to do this with the OEM version?

  • @maxvanN Yes, I have the 64-bit OEM version! I have installed and reinstalled it on my mac many, many times :P

  • My disk won't burn for some reason. It says i need a different type of disk but i tried and it still didnt work

  • @DvSLies Make sure it is a REwriteable DVD (can be written to more than once).

  • how can i do this without a dvd???

  • @ZupPotatoes1 I'm not sure you can; you'll have to look up ways to do it with a usb, or how manufacturers install it on netbooks etc.

  • @Nessilo Ohgawd, that sounds like it sucks... I guess go through any troubleshooting steps you would with a laptop? Try a cable if you're not already.

  • I cant get my internet driver to work? what to do?

  • @mikesmusic1988 I believe they're only used to install drivers; how important they are to the function of the computer, I don't know. You could always try it and see what happens ;P

  • do you absolutely need the mac install disks after you install windows? i lost my install disk. it looks like you u only used to get bootcamp on windows... i this really needed?
