That wasn`t my clients, because I was just only one of the travellers. It seems, that you `ve seen another film. Did this in Africa two times an on many other travels all around the world. I don`t know, how you drive and good how you can do it. In the film you see fast driving only in the flat salt lake and others very slow.
I don`t have to believe, I have concrete experienes. From many years. For people, wich never learned to swim, swimming seems dangerous. You fear, I live.

Noob, I live in Nigeria. I know the reality in Africa probably more than you do. It's a fantastic Continent and not only your touristic Namibia, which I know well. Still you are praising the freedom of overlanding by making money on the safety of your clients. Unbelievable!

@greetinx11 more than 10 years and a few hundred people - you don`t know what the reality in africa is. Don`t leave your home, when you live in fear. Escpecially when there is no danger like here.
Its no question about what someone means, its a question of experience. And the experience says, this is ok. Doens`t matter what someone means.

@16JMK16 Fully agree! Especially when the next hospital is more than 5 hours away and they couldn't help you anyway. Back home in Germany they are 150% over insured and are wearing their seat-belts while driving 30 km going to the next shopping center. But in Africa... And this is a TV Car Magazine!!! You are right, they are stupid.

@zakmann99 I ve felt some differences between black amricans and people there. But otherwise some things are same, like the easy feeling. It must be very interesting for you, to meet them, I enjoyed it.

@16JMK16 I see, you `ve never tried it. You are just too chicken-hearted, its possbile without Probs there.

How flipping stupid do you have to be to sit on the roof of one of these vehicles while driving off road , DUMBASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as a black man living in America i felt guilty for not visiting this land i mean look @ this who wouldn't but hey am on the move now soon soon
If you don't understand that sitting on top of a driving car in the bush is dangerous (especially in Africa) then there is no need to discuss this further. Stay ignorant.

A few hundred people travelled this way. No accident. So the risk must be less than 0,2%. This is a logically a fact. You don`t discuss, you said a meaning. Unbelievable and stupid is no discussion, its an attack. From "experts", wich avoid any practical experience.
Driving motorcycles is also dangerous. Discovering america, too. But its worth the risk.
I stay ignorant for sure.
