Great information on here. Thanks for sharing. Just one thing though, out of all the presentations I heard the term "sucks" quite a bit. I guess standards have relaxed and maybe Google is very open and casual, but I found it to be a little unprofessional.
But the GA information is quality for sure.

Avinash is the man. Who gives a crap if he says "sucks". How about worrying about something that actually matters - like your visitor data. I love that he talks in "plain english" instead of industry jargon.

Very true that a key to successful use of analytics is the human element. Those who can see patterns and opportunities to make the improvements that lead to user satisfaction.
Testing is a critical step that is overlooked by too many companies, especially given the speed with which changes can be made on the Web.
