  • i was wondering how do you use the resistance bands for p90x when substituding them for the pull/chin up bar. because im currently trying to do the p90x program but since i cant do pullups or chin ups. i was wondering how would i use the resistance bands instead or the bar? any tips would be greatly appreciated.

  • @ivan8961 Great question. See my video entitled "Questions about P90X Chin Up Bar" where I show how to use the bands for assistance. Be careful.

  • Is it 50 lbs for a single arm or is it split into 25 lbs?

  • @kleash It averages 50 lbs of tension for each arm. Of course this is modified by your height of course if you are standing on the band.

  • whiteboyfitness x com has them for 39

  • Are they long lasting. I don`t have enough money for dumbbells so I`m going with resistance bands. Really would like to know thanks in advance if you respond.

  • Yes, they are actually long lasting. I wouldn't leave them out in the sun for days but if you take care of them they will last forever.

  • Thanks! Finally got mine put together!

  • I'm currently borrowing the DVDs from a friend but I don't have the bands or dumbells. How much would those three bands cost if I got them online and where would I find the best deal?

  • I got the complete set of b line bands but I feel like I get a better work out with dumb bells

  • what about the black bands? I need something really strong as I like to pull hard when I work for may back ( I am not strong enough to do chin-ups)

    Thanks!

P90X ROCKS! I have great results so far. (the cheap bands I bought from a store broke on me after a month:))

  • i got the premium p90x comes with b lines and the pull up bar and recovery drink so stocked, should come in the mail new week.
