I got this mic , iv had it about 3 years now , got it from PMT in the UK im from London and this mic as not let me down , i may have to get a new holder for it but anythink els , i believe this was my best buy . . . it was only £170 which i believe is a good price . . . if anyone is looking for a studio condencer mic then go for this , i have the XLR lead one , iv got a USB mixer 8 channel one

@TheDavy16 seeming as everyone else seems to be speaking german, il answer you in english :D no. you need to plug it into an interface (and since it's a condenser microphone, your interface needs to have phantom power. depending on the interface, it can then connect to your computer via usb. i recommend using the Focusrite Saffire 6 USB interface.

die röhre befindet sich IM mikrofon!!! in der kiste befindet sich lediglich die spannungsversorgung für die röhre!!

Man sollte aber die kabeln erst raus ziehen, wenn der Netzteil ausgeschaltet ist.
