Worst investment on a system that wasn't broke to begin with. $477 million dollars for a few slow Rice o Roni carts was idiotic. And for four low-budget cities at that... And why pay Germany to make these trains that could have been built here? I would have rather paid Germany as a consultant to design a network system for San Diego County. Seems like everyone paid more attention to the imagery than the cost and efficiency

Very European sounding horn. Can't believe they considered that to be acceptable with the number of grade crossings the car would encounter.
