Let's Play Final Fantasy VII Part 24: The Gold Saucer aka Happyworld Land [HD] [Live]

Hey guys. Totally lost track of time. Meant to have this uploading an hour ago so i could shut of my computer for the night. Oh well

Anyways, for anyone who was on the East Coast, I hope you're doing okay. Tropical Storms still bring a ridiculous amount of water so stay safe.

In today's episode of our Final Fantasy 7 Let's Play, Barret tells us a little more about why everyone hates him. We then choose to be insensitive and go to a theme park instead of console him (What? It was Aeris' idea!). We get followed by a stuffed Mog and play a Mog game and some Astro Blasters before finding a horrific sight in the battle square. Was this done by Barret?

(this is why you console people who have gun arms. Just sayin')

I was under the impression that the GP is wasted if you didn't spend it, otherwise I would not have gone to Speed Square. It does remind me a lot of the Buzz Lightyear ride at Disneyland though :3

Hope you all enjoy. Not everyone plays the moogle game, but it's an easy way to get 30GP for free, and it's one of the few times moogles make an appearance in FFVII for whatever reason.

Totally in love with this LP still <3 watching every single episode all the way though! I remember when this game first came out I was too young to play myself as I would get lost so I would watch my brothers play it. However, when it came to Chocobo racing and the snowboard game, they were the only two things I loved! and could play. (Of course I was only 5 at the time when the game first came out) lol!

LOL. I hate to break it to you, but you need 5000 points in the Speed Square game to get the rare items. The best strategy is to tap the circle button repeatedly as opposed to holding it down otherwise as you've shown, your laser runs out of energy.

I need one of those controllers that auto taps circle when you hold it for that part. That run was just awful :P

I remember running in and out of the welcome a lot more than 4 or 5 times trying to find that dude that converts Gil to GP! More like 45 times! :P Cait Sith is such a terrible character but his theme is awesome! The last fortune he tells is very interesting though in what happens later on in the game... mysterious! And mog house is an amazingggg game :D

@iamthetie =P My favorite game was definitely Torpedo Attack though, the one with the submarine. So much you could do in this game. Minigames like these are what make FF so great and it's why I think so many folks were so disappointed by FFXIII.
