Mega Man 9 Rant

Made a rant (NOT A REVIEW) about the Mega Man 9 sequel. I've played the game, and I do not like it

These are just my opinions, not facts.

Seriously, take the time to think about all the sequels we'll be getting over the next 20 years from Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft.

You people honestly want to play Resident Evil 18, Halo 25, and Call of Duty Part 40?

ok thats fine by me, but what bout mario games or zelda games or even better how bout tekken? you hate the game just becouse it has a lot of sequels is just dump and stupid (yes it's offince)

I never cared for the Tekken series. Mario and Zelda, they've done different things with over the years. Mega Man 1-10 is all the same. Adding a new bell or whistle doesn't make it good.

No, I did not get into the game. I played it for a few minutes, didn't like it, got rid of it.

I'm not coming at anybody who likes the game mm9 or mm10's neck. It's just that they didn't make the new shit to come along with it, shit, I like mm9 and 10, but let's face the facts, Capcom fucked megaman fans over hard. You think it was hard making those games, hell no. And then they make you pay to play as bass as DLC. when thier was a much superior version for free in Megaman and bass. No offense,but as Capcom fans we need to stop taking it up the ass, for real.

I have no problem with Megaman 9 and 10, my problem is that the series is not growing, I'm a big Megaman fan, but Capcom's lazy shit is getting on my nerves, even Castlevania Landed a New New game. Megaman 9 and 10 has Retro graphics, no problem with that, it's just where is the future headed, okay Legends 3, well not everybody likes Legends series. So I fully understand your opinion, and where is ZX3??? Capcom really fucked off this gen and put cheap work into mm9 and 10. Tired of waiting ZX3.

@capKcan I like a few of the games, but I'm not as hardcore as many Mega Man fans out there are. It's mostly the hardcore fans that are coming forth and voicing their displeasure.

Everyone's opinion counts, good or bad. If people tell me I'm a terrible person, well, that's their opinion. It's not fact.

Well it still does. Let me explain. Imagine if every Super Mario game was the same as Super Mario Bros. Now Super Mario Bros is a brilliant game, but if every Super mario game was the exact same game, then what would be the point of buying them. You'd be wasting money on games that you've bought several times before and they wont deliver new experiences.

(Continued) this has been the series mainstay because most fans like it. It seems odd that most of your video was spent rattling on about Plug Man's concept, but I won't hold that against you. Seeing as Capcom had, at the time of MM9's release, already had 1-8 and Mega Man & Bass, each of which had a set of decreasingly creative Robot Masters. I'm not going to try to convince you to like the game, since you've given perfectly valid reasons for you dislike.

To give an honest reply to this video, I really don't see why people can't simply accept that you have a different opinion than they do. Personally, I disagree with some of what was said in this video, but you provided a solid argument that was perfectly intelligent. I'm inclined to disagree with you on your initial point that the series is the same game again and again. While yes, the Mega Man Classic series has never made a massive jump besides upping the graphics, (see next comment)
