I'm thinking of getting a GoPro HD, but I'm disappointed that to film in 720@60 you must put up with that weird wide angle look - for example I want to shoot some slow motion shots with it [making use of the 60FPS], but I want it to look normal. My question is, was this shot in 720p with the weird wide angle [170 degrees or something]?

@Dragonich777 All of the cameras come with the wide angles no matter what, but during this timelapse my gopro was taking pictures not video.

@SammySchwaa
Ah yes, of course - sorry, when I was writing my comment I forgot it was a timelapse video, I got distracted. Thanks for your feedback!

@Dragonich777 Well timelapses can be shot on video as well of course but this one was strictly pictures :) But no problem! Thanks for commenting! :)

@coolvidzdude This was shot with a gopro HD camera shooting a picture every 2 seconds. Ended up with over 6,500 pictures and imported them into final cut pro at a certain speed to get the outcome of this video. :)
