i see now where you're coming from. I too am not fat. just been lazy and let my tummy get big. So now have been yogaing, abing, and running when possible. plus big change in how and what I eat. keep going.

it's what's commonly called "skinny fat" lol i've actually always had a belly. pretty much since birth. i've never had a flat stomach and have always thought it'd be impossible for me to have one, let alone a six pack. but after taking my week 3 photos i can really see my stomach starting to change and abs starting to come in. as much as working out helps, "abs are made in the kitchen". keep going too! thx for the support!

This is what I do to stay in shape!
Four mile run, 200 jump rope, 100 one leg jump rope on both legs, played basketball with the kiddies( I don't have children there cousins), and late night yoga ( With candles) to help me cool down. I have a lot of energy, I am constantly dancing and jumping around... what can I say I'm an kid:) and I cant forget my a banana, milk, nutella, peanut butter, and oatmeal/ ice shake to begin my day!

I don't know if you answered this question or not, but what did you eat before and after your workout, and how long before and after your workout did you eat? Did you consume a specific ratio of carbs to protein?
