When I worked for a fast food chain I had a goatee for the entire time i worked there.... the hair policy said no facial hair except a mustasche... and peopel with long hair had to wear hair nets.... well my district manager told me to shave my goatee... so i protested with why dont the long haired employees (all woman at this location) wear hair nets... plus i would gladly wear a mask on my face... she did not have anything to say and just told me to shave it.... Total Sexism...

What is annoying about all this is that when someone mentions sexism... they are referring towards sexism towards woman... I have experienced sexism in the work place towards me from females and other males.... a woman getting picked for a job over me cause she is 'attractive' (which is sexist to males and towards her cause shes using her womanhood to her advantage.. more as disrespectful to her though..).

Since WW2, European law does not allow registration of people's ethnicity. So no affirmative action nor negative action. Maybe the US could learn from European history.
