this sounds so 1984-when a few boys still wore michael jackson jackets and the girls at school started dressing like Madonna. I absolutely hated being alive-but loved this album.

The lyrics to this song are interesting in that they would not have appeared in a song before the 1980s. In previous decades, the question 'Why don't we live together?' would have sounded shocking and offensive, rather that a rather matter-of-fact question that reflects what is now an entirely ordinary stage in a relationship.
