At what point would a reasonable individual conclude 450 passengers had better start evacuating this ticking time bomb?

If a passenger believes that 5 minutes is sufficient time for pilots and fire crews do their work,

does that passenger have the right to bail out?

If not then, when smoke enters the cabin? when flames start to engulf the wings? never?
