Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got amazing Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

@craig57street Any exercise using your legs is the best way to lose weight. Swimming doesn't use a lot of leg movement compared to walking or running

I may have to put this into my workout. I don't go to the gym, but I do live on the second floor of my building. I guess I didn't think of it because I use it as a method of punishment for my son.....lol....he hates it. I'm going to try it out.

great advice! But when you lose weight some of the skin sags so you have to watch out and keep your body proportionate. Working out will definitely help, better if you achieve that muscular lean look which is the trend today. You can't be so buff in a short time. I'm following a program from this helpful link. This is a realy good way to excersize but honestly the best and healthiest and safest way to loose weight is swimming!

Swimming is great. The only problem with swimming is that it makes you really hungry and even overeat (that's the natural cause of having your body in the water). On the other hand - running and climbing up stairs actually SUPPRESS your appetite.
