  • @ussy123451 ignore the ppl. Trust me I've been called fat so many times. If your really bugged by it, and you yourself feels that you need to loose weight, then stop eating some junk. focus on drinking water instead of eating junk. Milk fills you up to. Keep yourself entertained. If your bored go on the computer, go for a run, ride your bike, anything besides eating junk. Do crunches, sand go to the bathrroom at least 2 times a day. I'm in ballet and I need ot loose weight too.

  • hey guys. im loosing weight. yuo want to know the secret? well, all you really need to do is watch what your eating!!! all i did was eat 1,000 calories a day, go outside to ride my bike for a mile, and drink plenty of water! also, eat very slowly!!! it takes ur tummy 20 minutes to process your full!!!!
