I wish I could get some of his music on cd from back in the day that I loved to listed to...I remember this on the tap I have....cho young pil was very popular in 80-82 with a lot of the american military in korea....

Literal translation would be ' woman outside the window’ but it does not explain what it means very well to people from different culture. It is about a woman who he admires but he could not be with. He feels and sees her so real in his heart but could not reach her physically as if there is glass window between his heart and reality.
