My iPhone will intermittently be unable to make or receive phone calls. I replaced my iPhone for this issue. Issue went away and is now back on the replacement iPhone. Verizon customer service says there is nothing wrong with their towers, and blames the device. Apple says it's a Verizon Issue...

i got almost the same problem. I can receive calls with no problem but whenever i try to call someone it says " we are currently unable to process your call, please dial star 611 for customer service" and im able to dial and call *611 too! but i cant call a landline or anyone else, not even bal to check my minutes or data
