Kelly Clarkson and Reba sing National Anthem (separately)

**Just a cut and paste of the 2 singing this** Kelly sang the national anthem on Thanksgiving Day at the Dallas Cowboys game. Reba McEntire, her idol, was discovered many years ago singing the national anthem in Oklahoma City (this was shown on CMT Giants).

I agree with you rockinraffi...i wish reba had sang it acapella. I'm not sure though if there are any other taped performances of Reba singing the anthem. My whole point was not really to compare and see who was better anyway, but i guess people will do that naturally.

I agree both are so amazing. :) Reba was only 19 at the time she was "discovered" singing the National Anthem in1974. This clip is from that event.

kelly, this wasnt even close. Reba is great, but this one is going to kelly. But im going to cut reba some slack. The video & audio quality was terrible. But i still think kelly hands down. Either way neither of them or rossane barr

I think Reba and Kelly did awesome, but if it showed more Reba, we might could judge better. :-)

agreed. overall I liked kelly's better, but reba looks really young in hers. that must have been one of her older tries. if she tried again, today, she'd woop kelly ;3 (no offense kelly lovers)
