Liverpudlian math-popniks Ninetails are on the move. After forming last year they approached Superstar Destroyer with the intention of releasing a low-key first EP, Ghost Ride the Whip, but due to word-of-mouth recommendations quickly found themselves the hottest new band in the North West of England. Two weeks after release, Ghost Ride... had sold out, and two months later Ninetails had shared a stage with Vessels, Dutch Uncles, Three Trapped Tigers, Marble Valley and Wot Gorilla?.
Their next offering, 'Rawdon Fever' was released as a video in tandem with a remix competition; after a week, the video (a stop-motion short handmade by Molly Hawkins) had been viewed 1,200 times, and the remix stems downloaded over 600 times. In addition to the three spaces on the single available for remixes of 'Rawdon Fever', fans have been encouraged to submit artwork for the single as well for possible inclusion.
Like all Superstar Destroyer releases, Rawdon Fever will be released as a free download from the Superstar Destroyer website.
