Ha Ha! I like the warnings in the beginning. I listen to some of these because I have trouble sleeping. This seems slightly familiar to one. :) I believe she says with that almost laughing voice, "wash your face, brush your teeth, and say your prayers". Think of a cute lil baby, breathe out your "gently parted lips"! lol
