you mean you want to twist a part using solidworks?? it is very easy once you have your part open then go to tools scroll down fine customise then click comamands then look for features then there you have on the right window all the icons look for the icon that looks like a rebar twisted click and drag it to any tool bar and then just follow the screen let me know if that help you if not I can send you a little video.
