Worlds most expensive Pizza at just-eat.ie a video I made when the site was not working right, it seems that the problem is fixed but I have had no contact from Just Eat.ie only some person who wont even sign his name expecting me to ring him for whatever reason before I post my videos
You would think I was a professional company doing an expose on them I am a simple person who is not working relaxing and enjoying life with my family and came across this online , made a video and posted it, Isnt that what youtube is all about.

This error has now been fixed. Whilst we appreciate that consumers have a right to express their opinions, we believe its a two way street. We simply asked that in future you contact us directly so that we can quickly eliminate issues like this. We aim to run a professional service and its clearly obvious this was a technical issue. This was OUR fault and we accept that, but we would have just liked to have been given a heads up before a video was made.

I am happy that the error is fixed, but for you to ask me to contact your company before I make a video clip about something I came across on the internet is expecting a lot. Despite the fact that you have addressed me by name here, you have not contacted me other then this public forum, you sign no name. How can you expect me to do what you refuse to do. At least I have a name for all the world to see, your hiding behind a company name, are you a prankster trying to stir things up.

With all due respect Jenny, this is the first time I've heard of this issue. We regularly spot check these issues, but ultimately we need direct communication if things like this are spotted. An email at the time or live chat with one of customer care representatives would have fixed this sooner.
