STORY: (in the video)
Ragee had been in love with Froilan but he is already engaged to someone else: to Pauline.She had first seen him in the park and one day, she had the courage to introduce herself. Ragee had been sure that after they met, Froilan would probably forget her but the latter didn't and eventually they became close friends. Ragee, had second thoughts that Froilan only befriended her just to past time and can't accept pity, typical of girls, she decided to engage herself with a relationship but ended up with her heart broken. To console her, Froilan hugged her, with an implication: He'll hug her everytime she needs him. With that, Ragee vowed never to have her heart given to any man, except Froilan. Her feelings may never be returned, but at least she had experienced love.
One time, strains of music echoed at the park...'Can I Have This Dance'. With bold courage, Ragee asked Froilan to dance with her. They danced.
After many days, Froilan realized he had fallen in love with Ragee but he still has his girlfriend. But unable to resist, he continued meeting her at the park and one time he vowed he'll end his relationship with Pauline to be able to engage himself to Ragee. He already proposed and of course Ragee accepted, but he is still engaged to Pauline. They had a forbidden affair, without Ragee knowing.
Froilan soon realized what they are doing is wrong, and told his parents to break the engagement, but not saying a girl named Ragee caught his fancy. Enraged, his parents separated them apart, by sending him to a faraway place to finish school. Froilan sent Ragee a letter saying, he'll be gone and also promised he'll be back to marry her. Ragee, heartbroken for the second time and more painful than the first, confided her problems to Pauline, who turned out to be her best friend. Pauline may had been her best friend but in the feelings of the heart, she never says it, knowing that Froilan is Pauline's fiance. She never said who the guy is, only saying she fell in love and is heartbroken.
By the time Froilan came back, it is an emotional drama: Pauline caught them hugging and finally Froilan said he isn't in love with her: only forced by his parents to engage him to her.
"Can I have this dance?"...now.
In the boundaries of time and space, their love conquered all.
