  • SOLAR POWER is the answer for Australia.

  • Nuclear power is not the answer. It's just another quick fix. Polluting the soil instead of the air is not a good long term solution.

  • Nearly forgot.......the aboriginals at Beverley get $3 million per year in royalties. Don't really think they will want to give that up do you ?

  • Four mile is a saline radioactive aquafer which is of no use to anyone. Insitu mining is the least damaging method of mining possible. When finished the aquifer reverts back to it's initial state by oxidation/reduction processes. You may not like it but nuclear power is the only real alternative to combat global warming.

  • another vile product of the '50s -

    a pot smoking hippie

  • Come in with the golden light in the morning

Come in with the golden light with no warning

    They bring in the riggin

    with no warning.

Many Aborigione mistaken for a tree till you near him on the highway and the tree begin to breathe. OOOhhoooohooo

  • we have to be fair, who cares if they're taking their up which is wasteland for us since there is nothing there just shacks which they call cities, there is nothing important here they're not killing them so why complain, unless they're making a clandestine oil extraction or gas, and about this people, just find a spot on australia that u can live don't pretend to be using it all, why can't u admit u don't do nothing to evolve.

  • Very well done vid, very informing. keep up your good work! 5 glittering stars and Love from Austria - Sharine

    Thanks to Tanya for sharing!

  • why cant white people just leave everyone alone

  • You are so correct.

Here is northern Michigan we are facing an acid and uranium mining madness.

I want to thank BlytheElan for sending it too me - but his account is apparently closed now.

At least our iron ore mines have and will be open for hundreds of years with thousands of high paying jobs.

Kennecott and others want to open up numerous small - short-term but high polluting - sulfide mines - and eventually uranium mining.

    Thanks for the video.

    Keep fighting the good fight.

  • So what?

You just selected the information that you wanted and ignored the facts which appear relevant.

in fact your comment was completely self serving.

What you said isn't even factual. What economic neglect are you talking about?

You are suggesting that Aboriginals would do better with more money than what they do with a lot of money already.

You are merely feeding into the same corrupt cycle.

  • Logic, a selection of evidence is not an end in itself. Facts can only be understood in their totality after the fact itself, namely the historical/economic context of facts. This distinguishes Truth from ideological fiction, the intervention fulfiling the latter. Colonial oppression + economic neglection feeds into the problems that indigenous communities face. With decent funding + land indigenous people are more than capable themselves at eradicating that which underpins the "cycle" of abuse
