Micromanagers don't see what they're doing, and they are often in denial, so if you point it out, no matter how diplomatic you are, they think the problem is with YOU not with them. You can't reason with a micromanager because unless they address the underlying cause of their behavior, they will continue to hover.

AHHHH let me put something forward...this video does represent a constructive approach HOWEVER in MOST situations micromanagers are arrogant and will not listen!!!!!!!!!!!
