straddle planche push ups

I stopped doing planche push ups for a while but restarted few weeks ago. This is a split, straddle press and 5 planche pus-ups. I'm working on full planche push-ups. Enjoy!

Very good form on the planche! your core is a little bit high at the beginning, but well aligned with your legs. Then the core lowers into right position during pushups, still well with legs. As is said before, remember the lock on elbows and you're good to go!

@vinceconditioning i know this video is old, but you said you plan on doing full planche pushups. If you haven't reached that goal yet, you might notice that is it quite impossible to hold a full planche hold with your wrists like that (unless you have very flexible wrists). What have you done about this?
