This Works for iPhone 4 on iOS 4.0, 4.1, 4.2.1, 4.3, 4.3.1 with BaseBands 01.59.00, 3.10.01, and 4.10.01.

Instructions:

Step 1. Turn off your phone, insert your SIMCARD and GEVEY SIM together with the metal SIM tray provided.

Step 2. Turn your phone on and wait for the SIM welcome menu and then select 'accept'.

Step 3. Then wait 15 seconds, dial '112' then click 'CALL' and hang up within 2 seconds. (DO NOT LET THE CALL CONNECT.)

Step 4. Now go to SETTING, turn AIRPLANE MODE ON and wait until you see 'No SIM Card Installed'. Then turn off AIRPLANE MODE; you phone should have signal after a few seconds.

I have Iphone 4 i just got it its has IOS 5.0.1 Firmware is 04.11.08 if i buy the gevey card the sim card for my carrier tmobile and cut it Is that all i have to do and follow urs steps up or do i have to jailbreak my phone too ?

@SubaruBMX There is no unlock for that baseband at the moment.

i try again and again resetting the gevey system and going through the steps but it wont connect... i even attempted to update to ios 5 with custom ipws and keeping the baseband but itunes dosnt go through the right process to continue... if i continue through itunes it will update it to stock ios 5 on its own... i dont even have the option to pick the custom i05 WTF man... can you help?

@aaronl1 Just uninstall what you install in Cydia and try again. If you update through iTunes, your baseband will be updated and you won't be able to unlock.

I have an iphone4 with IOS 5.0.1 (newest) on it. My baseband is still 01.59.00. Does the gevey work for me? Because in the discription is nothing said about IOS 5 (propabely because its an old vid but a good one :p).

@360snipings Yes it works but you can also jailbreak it and use Ultrasn0w.

hey dude Im begging you for your HELP PLEASE!!! i have a regular Gevey sim... i did something through cydia to try and activate face time and my phone had to reboot... since the reboot my iphone WILL not connect to the simple mobile service... i found out after it rebooted all of the data info was erased somehow... i re-entered everything but that didnt change a thing...

how do you make this work for tmobile? cuz i have an iphone 5.0 with BB 04.10.01 and i just bought my gevey sim. The phone is restored so i cant access it till theres a sim in it.
